"The Official Bootleg" kam im Doppelpack mit der DVD "Live From Buenos Aires" und legt dabei nicht den Schwerpunkt auf die Konzert-Location, sondern auf das Begleitensemble, nämlich das English Rock Ensemble. Das Konzert wurde im Juli 1997 in Birmingham aufgezeichnet und representiert die einzige bekannte Live-Aufnahme, die vom English Rock Ensemble im Original-Line-Up eingespielt wurde.
